I'm never going to get over how bad those chords were, it was awful and great.

Just talked to my friend at long & mcquade, they are getting 6 in, I put a deposit on one, $165, but they won't be in until the new year.

They were supposed to be in stores a month ago but when I talked to a dude at ishibashi he said 'probably next year'
I think they've severely underestimated the local demand, there was some sort of preorder set up but I don't think it's open anymore.
I'm wondering if they'll start popping up in arcade claw machines as well as stores like every other variety of miku merchandise.

They're all at crazy mark ups though; The list price is only about $125 in Japan.

What kinda prices are they going at on eBay?
I'd be surprised if more than very limited quantities went to retailers outside nipponland let alone this year so if anyone wants one anytime soon paying like $50 extra for someone reputable selling one now would probably be a good deal.
Unless they're going at klon prices, then fuck that.
I'm probably just gonna keep it off my mind for a few months and wait for the supply to start meeting demand. If I could find one in person I would happily pay like $250 but I have not seen one and I've been to a LOT of music shops.

$189 is probably worth it if it's not one of those assholes that uses eBay like a preorder system.
Can't say I'm surprised that someone would ask $350, or that people might pay that much.
I think they may have under-priced them to begin with. In japan the list price is like the same as a nano big muff.
