Wait is it too late to offer $1400 for it?

So I a/b the wata fuzz with my vintage foxx tone machine and there are some pretty obvious differences...the wata has this grindy treble bite across the spectrum compared to the foxx. Octave acts the same and sustain/decay are about the same too. It's easy to tell the wata is based on the foxx but it's been tuned for a more aggressive sound rather than being a sonic clone.

That is kinda what I could figure from the demos of the fOXX's I've heard. The grindy treble is what I like about the Wata, so that is a win. I guess the treble bit kinda lead me to believe there would be a hint of extended sustain (but it doesn't bother me either way, it is totally fine). Sounds kinda like the MASF big muff take (more agressive). Thanks man.

yeah, it's got a pretty unique tone and texture to it that's pretty awesome. I think the sabbath big muff was also tailor made for a musician....think I read that somewhere? They stack sooooo good together, super heavy

Dude you're lowering the market!! Raise your price son!!!!!!! :)

For real though. I bought this ONLY to flip it. That was my plan the entire time. I had the money, made an investment and it was a good choice on my part. I've done that several times with pedals and other items. It just makes sense sometimes. I could have never used this thing for bass anyway, at least not my active bass. So it's good to go into the hands of a collector. Who knows, maybe he'll sell it later for like 2k! If they never sell them again, it's bound to go up in value.

Now that it's out of production, is it okay to get schems?
