Greek pizza is a lot more common than traditional (and well-made) American-style pizza over here in Ireland, so it's usually what I order if I eat pizza out, which is not that common these days. It's still one of my favourite meals, but I don't eat it nearly as much as I used to. I make my own pizza nowadays. Naan bread, sun-dried tomatoes, mozzarella, a sharp cheddar, olives, tomato purée, barbecue sauce, spices and herbs, and maybe something sweet like corn or pineapple to tart it up. If I want meaty I want put some spicy handmade sausages from this award-winning butcher 20 minutes from me. Not a huge pepperoni fan, but I do love it when it's done right.

I'm working at a growing pizza chain right now. I luvs to grab some "expired" dough (that we make, and toss if it goes over 48 hours), and make some awesome pizza at home. Made a habanero fajita pizza, and an Italian cheese pizza last night, and they are soooooooo yumtastic. If my friends come over after bar tonight, going to whip up a huge cinnamon-cream cheese frosting desert pizza for munchies. YUM. PIZZA. FOOD OF THE DOOM GODZ.

1) Form dough, then butter. You can use a bbq brush, but fingers work best.

2) Bake to perfection! Add more butter so the cinnamon sticks.

3) Cinnamon! I use Vietnamese and regular cheap stuff for more cinna-flavor.

4) Icing. Smear it on and swirl for awesomeness. Let it sit for about 20 minutes, then cut and enjoy! Lasts for a couple days in foil or Tupperware, and is awesome reheated.
