yeah, it just wraps over the top into the little hole on the other side, but it's on there.

it's cool sounding stuff... when you get it right. definitely a studio pedal.. i am excited to have it interacting with some other stuff and see what sounds come out, broken or not.

I thought I'd have no use for it with my band but you should just try it anyways. It's actually so controllable from your guitar's controls that it's really useful in a band.

At least it worked that way for me. But I wasn't trying to use it as a fuzz, I was just making sweet blip blop stuff with it

Just ordered after I saw how simple it appeared to be. I've been practicing soldering all day now and still not a G but definitely able to get some stuff going. Hopefully when it arrives I'll be doing fine.

Yeah, I literally have been building/learning/soldering for only about a month and I finished this in a couple hours with no issues. This thread helps so much because you can look at other people's successful guts and read about how they solved their problems. Also be aware that the pedal kinda sounds like it's broken when it's finished, haha.

Yeah. I wonder if this is a streamline version of the tgd. Been looking for guts of the real deal but haven't found any. My only worry is the IC cause I don't have a conical tip yet.

Just throw a socket in (you can get them from Radioshack) and then pop the chip in. That way you can use whatever tip you've already got!

Yeah dude. Just solder that in and pop the chip in and you're good to go

yeah definitely comes with a socket for the IC
and from what I can recall of a real TGD it is identical
