I foolishly started watching Seven Deadly Sins .. that show is great. And also, prime has X-files so I've been watching the shit out of that haha!

Good show! I hope they get to a point somewhere down the line though. Feels like it meanders a bit.

Subscribed to Criterion Channel. Haven't watched anything yet, but here's hoping it turns out better than Filmstruck.

huh. Prime is going to do an adaptation of The Boys. which. i LOVE. looks like it might be good?

going to be weird not to have Simon Pegg in it though.

I'm being wearily optimistic about it... On the one hand, Amazon has some nice original content... On the other hand, super hero shows in general haven't really been handled well. I'm hoping that, since AMC has done a decent job with Preacher despite being limited by cable content restrictions, Amazon will be able to deliver on some of the darkest aspects of the show instead of downplaying/writing out those parts.

Just wrapped up both Black Summer and the latest season of Black Lightining, the first of which was okay overall and the latter a mixed bag. The latest Tick season seems less laugh-out-loud hillarious thus far, but is keeping my interest. It may be time to find new sci-fi/fantasy shows to stream that have less to do with zombies and superheroes. Maybe a slight return to anime is in order.

Currently rewatching Warehouse 13 on Prime.
It's still super hokey but entertaining in the way all late 2000's syfy shows were.

The new season of BL is so hard to get through. It spends waaayyy too much time taking itself way too seriously and trying to be as woke as possible that it just trips over itself even worse than the Arrowverse shows do.

Thanks for the heads up on this. Loved that show when it was out but think I missed the series finale. SyFy put out some quality stuff in the last decade.

A bit late to the party, but better Call Saul is proving to be the best show I've binged in a good while. The level of depth is equal to that of Breaking Bad with slightly less heaviness overall. I blew through the first 2 seasons rather quickly and look forward to the third.

Such a great show. Yeah it's almost like they tricked themselves into not ending Breaking Bad afterall.

I enjoyed the first season of better call Saul quite a bit but I watched it very slowly. Looking forward to maybe binging the rest of it a bit more when I get internet in my new place.

That show has better camera work than any other one I can remember.
