I've resisted listening to The Body, because the guitarist/singer is apparently one of my doppelgangers. Though apparently less so since I lost 100 lbs and trimmed my beard. I'm just afraid if I listen to them I'm falling into a trap, where I cease to exist and he becomes stronger.

Haaaa....touche!

I listened to them. Sokay, I dug one track, another didn't like as much. Funny thing though, I'm now only disembodied words on the internet. It's not that bad.

There for a while it seemed every time I found a new band to listen to, they would turn up retired, defunct, or just broken up. ISIS, These Arms Are Sankes, RX Bandits to name a few. Sucked ass.

They were an amazing band (were cause they have broken up) But I saw them live in nola, sounded even better than the recording but exact pitch perfect with no flaws. I remember them running a Model T, maybe 2, and some old Ampeg I can't remember what though.

I like Messhuggah's early/mid stuff. Destroy Erase Improve and Chaosphere. But honestly it's not difficult to play and it's not very techincal. I was able to play all their songs by ear after listening to the albums. it's enjoyable, just not jaw dropping by any means. Esp nowadays anything that's Nothing on is just a little be removed from numetal. it's just bouncy single note riffs. Just don't get it :idk: I did get Nothing and that I ep. but I thought it was a great disappointment from their older more energetic material. I've seen them live and they are spot on perfect. But really I don't think it makes any difference in their gear with what they play.
