Quick and dirty demo of a heavily modded old pds1700 I just finished building. Crazy sounds...more "normal" chorus and flanger sounds all the way to ring mod, bitcrushing, detuned madness. Sound quality is terrible. I just have my phone...which I taped to a guitar stand to make this

Ok, I don't know how to embed...so here is a link:

well, getting a phonogene was a good idea
spent the day learning how to reorganize the order of splices and messing with the grain parameters, then went crazy with some hands on Koma Kommanders and an Eowave ribbon synth modulating everything

Yesssssssssssssss. One of the times I saw Sigur Ros live there was an 8-second absolute silence that was the loudest sound I've ever heard.

UG are you digging that with guitar? I've seriously been considering getting one and ditching 90% of my pedals.

Yeah, this is going to be a lot of fun Can't really think of any negatives...other than it being a major gateway drug The online manual does a good job explaining all the features and gives some example patches. Oh yeah, I was kinda worried about the proximity of the stomps to the exposed cables...would really suck to destroy a module by accidentally kicking a cable or something when going to engage a stomp. There is a pretty good amount of space inbetween, but I think there is still real potential of that happening. Most modules you can just put them in upside down so their knobs are down by the stomps and their patch bay is up top.

Been trying to wrap my head around this.
Will need another day or two, at least,
