Probably ruining your wallet too. Mad expensive now.
Well, I've cut back to the point that the monetary impact is less than (considering I've smoked for twelve years) it was. However, nicotine is fucking with my brain every day and I can't stand the way my teeth and head feel when I'm withdrawing. It's very hard to interact in a normal way during those times.

Man, must be bad. Different for everyone. I remember when I quit it wasn't that bad, but for my girlfriend quitting was terrible. She would flip out, go practically nuts. It was a tough time.

So the tax deadline is looming in the US. I've figured my taxes out a few months ago and due to lousy book keeping I owe ~$125. I'm inclined to file and not pay. If all these rich ass corporations get these tax breaks while polluting,...raping,...AND profiting,...why should my struggling two person/one income family have to pay?

to quote my father on facebook.....
"Dear Congress, Last year I mismanaged my funds and this year my wife and I cannot decide on a budget. Until we have come to a unified decision that fits all of our needs and interests, we will have to shut down our checkbook and will no longer be able to pay our taxes. I'm sure you'll understand. Thank you very much for setting an example we can all follow."

I'm starting to lose my cheerful optimism about politics. I'm interested, but I'm tired of banging my head against the wall. Part of it was studying political science which gave me a deeper understanding of a lot of ideas. That makes me frustrated when people base plans on theories but refuse to examine the thought behind it. On the other hand, it has helped me understand the value of taking on different points of view.
Bleh!
