Here's what I have together tonight. Using my 6 string octave bass with the P split, the top 4 strings going to the larger guitar board, and the bottom 2 strings going to the smaller bass board, both outputs going to the Infinity before heading to the amps. Didn't get much of a chance to loop with it tonight but damnit I'm excited.
Guitar board is Polytune Mini - Madbean Comp - Holy Grail - Bukowski Perc - MT2 - Volume Pedal - Goodbye 24 - CaveDweller - RV3 - Jet City JCA20 Verellen Mod - Verellen 1x12
Bass board is dual Karaoke Party Clone - Soda Meiser Clone - Phase 90 - Sovtek Muff - 6 Band EQ - Sovtek Mig 50 - 1x12 cab with Delta 12LFC

skully that is sick,
routing the pickups to separate boards is sweet,
what amp are they hitting on the other end?

Just edited the post, but the 'bass' side is running into my Sovtek (seriously fucking terrifying) and the guitar side is going into the Verellen stack. The Verellen 1x12 has the Delta Pro 12a in it which is more neutral sounding compared to the 12LFC which is more bass oriented with serious thump!

awesome,
you must get a little bleed over on the pickups right?
how much, and is it awesome or muddy?

Yeah there is a little bit of bleed. When playing the guitar side the bass strings make this really deep droning ghost like sound, and when the bass strings are being played there isn't really as much bleed through. It's a pretty crazy awesome effect though

very awesome, I feel like this is something I need to be happy.
maybe I will jam a sideways pickup and a flatwound on my old tele
closest I ever came to this was a dean markley promag and a piezo both going to different effects, not nearly as cool.
also: Glad the Sovtek Muff made an appearance,

That sounds like a fun plan!! I'm still trying to get the hang of it. I did add a switch to bring both pickups together out of both jacks as well, so if I wanted to go dual mono I can.
And me too!!! The Sovtek has really found its place on that bass board. I'm honestly scared of it through the Mig...

Dude. That rules. RULES.
Here's what is ruling me atm:

gtr > dual TB loop > amp
loop 1: Telenordia tf-1 (not pictured)
loop 2: v6 muff > p-O-m > cosmichorus v3 > dm-2 > infinity
ev-5 1: ccv3 rate
ev-5 2: p-O-m sweep range (off-board, not pictured)
dod 220: infinity undo/redo
Notes:
All going into a dirty non-master amp (Selmer Treble N Bass 50mkII) whose Normal side is voiced like a middy Bright Ch with low and high inputs.
The p-O-m rolls off treble a little bit, helps kill excess hiss/keeps transients in check.
Finding this to be extra useful with single coils > bright amp.
This setup allows the muff in front to work its magic on the pure signal, with the tf-1 available to spike its upper midrange for some extra fuzziness...with a subtle 'screamer curve minus the bottom end rolloff, plus improved touch response and gtr vol knob interaction over IC boosts FME.
Fun.
