Just made this today. Shoegaze kinda. Been listening to too much Slowdive. Spent a lot longer than usual on this recording. Pretty proud but still a lot of room for improvement. Still learning how to naturally blend vocals and instruments.

Gear Used:
Peavey Vypyr 100 (first gen) (looking to upgrade to a Fender Hot Rod soon, this amp sucks)
Squier Bullet Strat (I know, i know, gonna get a new guitar soon)
Ibanez SG300M bass
Yamaha Drums
Small Clone on all the guitar tracks, Bass Big Muff on one of the guitar tracks.
Used a TASCAM DP004 four track to record it. Line in for stringed instruments, internal mics for drums, USB mic recorded right into Audacity for vocals.

Old casio keyboard, effects, looper, micromodular and circuit bent dr220e if I remember correctly.

recorded tonights session with the other guitarist on my iPhone...this played at relatively low volumes in the living room...and solo's need to be nailed down...but pretty happy with the direction of our song writing...

Thanks, glad you like it :).
No concerts planned yet for nov/dec but if you're in Tokyo at that time and want to see concerts check tokyogigiguide.com, lots of stuff is referenced there. And if you're into more experimental/noisy stuff you can send me a message and I can forward you info about smaller shows I hear about from friends...

I rarely record or release music, but I put an album on bandcamp of ambient loops that I recorded with my phone.

Gibson Lezzy Paul Studio -> Xotic BB preamp into EQ Hoof -> Nomad Higain
Custom Tele -> Rat into russian muff -> Sundown Rebel 100 (Muff annnd Swollen Pickle on heavy parts)
