It replaced my DD7 + DL4 looping combo I'd been using for about a year. Instead of having two loops that could potentially go out of time, now I have two loops that always stay in time. I can have one loop go to one cab, then the other loop to the second cab. I still haven't really completely dove into all of it's features. Fading loops? Sign me up. Set one loop for reverse and the other for forward, then flip flop? I'm in. It's pretty freaking crazyalexa. wrote:TELL ME MOREskullservant wrote:I had the same feeling when I bought my Infinity Looper.Turned out to be worth it, but damned if I'm not still paying for it

I will admit I probably should have prepared/sold more before I bought it, but oh well. I'll figure it out. In the meantime I will blissfully loop my woes away

It is a Great Pedal. I have got some rad tones from it. The boost section is nice. I used to run the QF2 after a Sub-Wah and they were a dangerous pair.

Reading the Wire book and listening to a bunch of Chairs Missing & 154 has me GASsing hard for an MXR Flanger & Blue Box. I've never owned a flanger. Is the MXR a good one? Not looking for jetplane sounds, more the faster stuff.
I'ma search, I bet there's a thread about it. Y'all are a buncha degenerates & i love it.

Not sure the current version of the MXR Flanger is good. The old one was (a long time ago).
Never tried them, but heard good things about Mr. Black Tunnelworm and Hartman analog flanger.
Chankgeez would be the best person here to talk to you about flanger... TWSS.
As for dirt, Colin Newman from Wire is using a modified MXR Distortion+

I thought the reisssue A/DA Flanger I had sounded totally fantastic but size and 18V power requirement kinda sucked. The Mobius got so close and I use flange so infrequently I finally decided to dump it.

I can only attest to the older ones being great, but if goroth says they're nice, they're worth a shot.goroth wrote:The mxr is one if the nicest current production flangers.sultanofswig wrote:Reading the Wire book and listening to a bunch of Chairs Missing & 154 has me GASsing hard for an MXR Flanger & Blue Box.
