Tomorrow is gonna suck real bad. Seeing some extended family, hoping it's gonna be enough to get out of the usual Christmas reunion that I hate with a passion. Fuck this shit.

Oh god I know that feel. Half of my family is Christian and the other half Jewish... And then there's me, the sole atheist. When they are no having thermonuclear war they are predating on me for my life choices.

Busted my fucking pinky finger right on the nail changing my rotors and brakes today. Had gloves on so I didn't see how bad it was til I was finished. All black and blue, nope I don't lose my god damn nail again because that shit is gross.

Damn, that's exactly it. Stuck in the middle of things you don't give a fuck about. Christmas is the worst because gift exchange is perverted into sending disapproving signals: "here's a book/CD/whatevs that will hopefully make you realize how low we think of you for not being the same as us".

Anyway. Made it back home, I survived, but it's fucking exhausting to constantly be playing a role, watching and measuring your every word, restraining yourself when you're actually boiling because of what you're witnessing.

Just grow a beard and tell them you have converted to Islam. That should be good for some chuckles.

Add the gay factor and your recent adhesion to the local communist party and you're golden.

Being the lone athiest does suck.
My brother and I have each other, though.
But he often opts out....

 Kaos! Too funny.

That's what you get for using coconut milk you knob.

Next post from you in this thread will be something like "guys my ladyfriend's Lululemon yoga pants don't match the tone of our whole-wheat organic yogurt smoothies."

But for real though non-spicy curry is the worst.
