yeah, it kinda sucks - they were a good thing, and I think they were kinda under-appreciated, but they also seemed to sell reasonably well. People are jaded. The market is so full of choices right now, and I think the kind of plus ones Moog was offering in their pedals didn't flash and glint as much as some other offerings, although even in the slimmed down minifoogers the features were really smart.
Even today the tools over on TGP are slagging the MF Boost and they have no idea how to use the thing, lol. "Jesus, this boost only boosts 10db, what good is that? I need a boost that pumps out 30dbs worth or nothing! Oh? You can boost over 20db if you use an expression pedal to control the boost level? What good is that? Who has room on their board for an expression pedal? Oh, you can get the full level of boost if you stick a dummy plug in the expression jack? Who has time for that? They didn't even include a dummy jack in the box! You say usually 6db of boost is enough to get your solo to stand out in a competent band's mix? I'm not in a band - I just want my AC15 to sound like a half stack.... Also can anyone tell me why I keep frying equipment? And why doesn't this Univibe knockoff sound like a flanger? They told me on TGP it was basically a flanger!"

I guess the powers that be at Moog decided they wanted to devote their resources towards more of what they saw as their core business model. It couldn't have had anything to do with the customer base in the pedal market. :/
So the pedals were nice, but the inflated collectors market prices are pure blarghlejabber.
