"Criticism Of Margins In The Secondary Pedal Market" can become a new form of fan fiction.
For the involuntarily self-reliant, life is just a kind of open-ended workshop where you write & share fan fiction for your own amusement.

Hence...

Please keep these coming. I'm not changing the thread name again cause I like the current one too much but for all intents and purposes, this is what the thread is about now (and all the other stuff too).

My Ma§+rubãtøïûm is about to get outfitted with a bunch of bloody stumps hanging from the walls and a grisly hanging bare bulb (LED mind you) to really gore up my workspace. And a Rotting Christ flag. I’m really excited about about pausing from focusing on gear and focusing on “ambience”.

I will! I didn’t even want to say anything as I’m still in the design phase! Like my old manager would say when she made a vague promise that clearly she would never keep, “stay tuned!”

Tomorrow I’m renting a cube van and driving a 70’s teak couch to Guelph to my sister in law and taking her to the dump and maybe Costco.
Last time I needed to get rid of a couch I dragged it to the side of my house and dismembered it like I was owed money. Only found like $.45 though. The remains were deposited in various trash receptacles around the city and never were to be found again.

Been there. Done that. Know your feelings of satisfaction to a "T". I took the fact that we had a dumpster at work for granted for so many years. I work mostly virtually now, so whenever I have crap to get rid of (which actually isn't ofter believe it or now  ) it usually means I have to cut it up into manageable parts... and throw the garbage man a $5 or a $10. (For context, there are certain things, trash men "can" and "cannot" take in the suburbs. I'm not exactly sure how it works. None of my crap is toxic waste. You can't just throw out a full sized couch like every week though. They won't take it.)

I had no idea! That is so cool though. I would have gone
I've seen a lot of slashers and he cut some pretty fucked up stuff into that one (that's a compliment  ).

Still toying around with the setup. Below you can see the contact mic and giant sheet of sheet metal I've taped it to.

Not a gorehound, but that is still a rad little space. And a sweet setup.

Tina screamed for Nurse. But little Miss Nurse didn't come. Little miss was out the back room having a cigarette and flirting with Doctor. The pain shot through her like a big bullet. She knew babies were meant to kick, but were the meant to scratch? No. They weren't.
