Hey, someone's gotta step up to compete with Chase Bliss, right?

New DOD pedal teased. Apparently it's a collaboration with another builder like the Bone Shaker.

I think it's fairly different from the gravitas. It looks awesome. Gravitas is more about modulating parameters, the Tremotron is about stacking tremolos by the looks of it. Gravitas, you could stack a max of 2, the effect tremolo and then modulating the main volume. Excited to hear the Tremotron, could make some awesome rhythmic mayhem.

I'm just glad that chase bliss brought the bar up so much that companies are going for it, thus raising the quality of pedals across the board. :)

yeah, for better (sometimes) or worse (unfortunately more often?)
but for the Soul POG.... what's the problem really? The Soul Food being a Klon clone?

I mean: it's a flexible dirt/octave combo... with FX loop!! No?

Not sure how I can still be curious about the Soul POG hate, when most of the rest of this thread is so :omg:

If anything it's a good white stripes in a box. I don't have a problem with it really, it's just lazy. But it's cool as long as they keep pumping out their weirder shit.

Yeah, they didn't exactly go for groundbreaking with this one...
but I love how many pedals with fx loop they do, that opens up potential for lots of weird shit and feedback galore....

Basically this.
Sell a billion blues lawyer p&w pedals, offset the cost of the kook.

Soul POG is crazy lame. EHX has just been inserting the Micro POG and Soul Food in all of their "multieffects". Seriously who wants an octaver with a " transparent OD" and Big POG Muff Pi would be so much better of a pedal. Soul POG makes no sense.*

For sure, but watch them walk off shelves into the open arms of TGPers and their ilk.

I hope the keyboard works with the Ipad, if so I'm so getting it.

Those are rad, I'm guessing they're going to be locked to Korg software though.
If they can be synced to ducking animoog though, that's gonna make me think again.

Actually, I wonder if Moog will jump in on the controller game at some point?

And vid is right. About everything.

Getting laid won't change your reasoning dude.

I'm guessing their thinking is that all these niche variations of their product can be filled by themselves on the market, so they just smother it with cheap stopgaps in an attempt to muscle out smaller guys charging more for something they should never have changed or stopped making in the first place.
