For someone who hasn't been involved before, but is pretty interested, is it possible to have the concept of it all explained just a liiiittle bit more on the first page of the thread?
Is it basically "get another users name and send him/her a pedal without them knowing what to expect?". Like I said, a bit more detailed explanation would be welcome.

You stalk them and find out their interests. Music, food, movies, etc and send them a box of appropriate gifts. One of them has to be a pedal but besides that it can be whatever. I sent hot sauce and a Vinyl and sweets. It's just an awesome box of yuletide fuzzy fun.
