Last night I saw Say Anything, Modern Baseball, Cymbals Eat Guitars, and was right up front and center on the floor. Human sardine can... everybody goes right, everybody goes left... one big undulating sea of people. Soaked in sweat. Fist pumping in the air. Singing every word to every song. Still hurts to talk. Met a ton of like-minded people and got that rush that comes from being into the same band as someone else. Felt the bass in my chest. The euphoria from that... I do not need drugs.

A lot of stuff can release endorphins, we were made that way but it won't let you see God and eat a whole pizza with Chinese food on top or make you fall down in the gutter which are all very important life lessons...
