Sorry for the delay on the box, I've been working 8-8 shifts and been trying to find time to get to the post. Think I might have to drop it off with my mother for her to take to the post office so it's not another few days and we can wrap this up!

Got the tour box in today. Something weird was going on with the pitch grinder at first, it wasn't running though the steps, but just by touching the foot switches it fixed itself. Possibly a grounding issue? Iunno, but it's working perfectly fine now. Also, Surrender Dorothy has fucking ridiculous low end. Like, shaking my house at low volume. It's fucking sweet.

I'll be posting at least a few videos later on today.

@KB- did you try the knob closest to the tap tempo footswitch? I probably left it on a single step and you changed the pace of it maybe

Yeah it wasn't that. The tap footswitch wasn't working at all, but as I said it fixed itself. Here is my poorly recorded first shot at using the pedal. I'm really sick, so it's also pretty sloppy. Will get better stuff up later this week.

This first part of this one reminds me of Zelda :idk:

I tried making a demo with this kick ass sequence using the PG in more of a song context, but I totally underestimated how hard it is to follow the tempo of the pattern when the pedal is off. Plus, I'm not the best guitarist. & I lost the pattern when I tried butting the steps in sequential order. So that idea is gone :( Maybe I can do another one and not suck.

Well, we're going to put out an official kickstarter update on the subject, but we are still hoping to ship this month. However, some of our suppliers are a little pokey at the moment. I might have the official test box today though... hopefully printed and drilled, but we'll see.

Finally sat down and used this on synth. The audio isn't the best but I'm really proud of this one concept wise.

The more I play with the PitchGrinder the more I enjoy it. I was kinda "meh" at first but I'm finding the context I enjoy it in. Rhythmic bass patterns, broken shifting melodies, etc. I think finding a good pattern/progression was key, then looping with it and changing the speed and length of the pattern, a lot of cool layering possible. I'd like to see a speed knob in addition to the taping because getting super slow with a tap isn't very easy, & a clean blend would be cool, but I dig it how it is as well.

When do I have to send this back? haha
