Joined a new gym a couple weeks ago. Loving it so much. It's like the country club of gyms.
Click the left and right arrows to look through some photos of the place. Ridiculous.

That place looks crazy. I also really, really want one of the keyboards from slide 15 now.

Been ridin' dat bike for half an hour over the past 10 or 11 days, as well as totally cutting out the junk food. I had to chill out on the bike a little though, at least until I get a little more in-shape...before I gained a bunch of weight I could do 70% resistance for 60+ minutes every day, but now half an hour and I'm done.
If I go at it really hard, immediately afterward I'll have a bad toothache every time, so that's cool. I hope I don't have some crazy tooth-related heart attack shit.

lol that'd be weird.
Going to start going to the gym near my house, it's really cheap. Still struggling to stop smoking, hopefully rigorous exercise helps.

I never even thought about quitting when I posted that, I didn't even cut down until that point, and I didn't go to the gym either. I'm a fucking liar.
But I just quit over the past few days, and I fucking mean it. Whenever I tried before I said 'I'm trying to quit' but now it's 'I quit.' I'm a fucking teenager and I can't walk up a hill without wheezing and hacking.
I just went for a run, and I threw up all over the pavement. I feel like a sack of shit right now, but I'm going to keep going at it because I want to be fucking healthy. I've felt like an old man physically since I was 15. Time for a change.

I've been kind of lacking motivation lately for working out even though I have not ceased to work out. I've been doing the Insanity workout for two weeks now. Probably the hardest fucking work out I've ever done. They made us do that shit when I was in the fire academy, sucked balls.
I'm trying to get cut. I'm bulky as shit and was lifting pretty heavy for the past year. Gained 20lbs of muscle mass and decided it was time to cut. The only problem is I can't stop eating shit food. I was so good at not eating shit foods when I was loosing fat, but now that I've bulked up with muscle instead of fat, I'm fucking hungry constantly! It's so annoying! I'm almost considering buying some kind of meal replacement shit so I can just be full all the time.
Whatever. I like working out, but I feel lazy as fuck sometimes.

Stopped eating after dinner which has been a huge help right now
Also: Walked 2 miles pushing a stroller today and seem to be getting consistent exercise most days.
realized that I can drop about 5 pounds instantly any week I don't drink beers

Another cocktail party at my gym tonight, lol. I love this place.
Been putting on a lot of muscle doing pullups. They hurt like hell, but damn they make a difference. Pullups and pushups are the way to go.

I want to look like this, and have access to a small free gym through my work.

Tell me what I need to be doing, Health Thread.

Pushups and squats. Lots of push ups and squats. That will get you started at least.

Lots of biking lately, and eating better foods, for the most part
hoping to cut at least 15 pounds that stay off
Current weight around 205
Put on the trailer and did 5 miles today with 2 toddlers on board, legs burn, that has to be good!

Man, I don't even like driving 26 miles haha.
Finally forced myself to start working out about 2 1/2 months ago, and I'm quite pleased with myself thus far.
