I had that happen to me in a Popeye's bathroom and the lights went out as well so I was just sitting in the dark with shit. Definitely a moment that led me to think "is this what life is?"

feeling very sad lately. they've got me on more pills than Barry Bonds, which makes it borderline bearable. but i just can't get over losing my home and spouse in California. i hate living in Virginia, i'm sick of the work i do, and i just don't want to be here any more. if it wasn't for my cat, i'd be suicidal. which is to say that i am suicidal, but i owe my kitty a home and love. all i do at home is sleep or try to sleep. my friend tells me to get up and go out, but i'm afraid. and i'm out of weed going on 2 weeks now, which shall we say doesn't help. i'm just tired of life.

The pesky wabbits are munching my strawberry plants, to the ground.. Somehow they're betting under/over the fence. Me mad. I'm about to the shooting stage.

Fixed the car up, got it registered, got it inspected, no problems.
Four days later, the CHECK ENGINE light comes on.

Yeah dude. This shit sucks. Just came on in my car after being in the shop a week or two ago.

So I am finally experiencing the USPS's stupidity first hand now. I submitted a few things to a local graphic design awards show which required mailing in a couple of entries. The deadline was Friday the 8th at 5:00. The package only needed to go 4 towns over, maybe a 35 minute drive through backroads (which I should have just have done).

How the fuck is my package in NH after 1 week of no updates? I copy and pasted the address from a website. And sent a separate package, the same day, at the same time to the same address and that package got delivered. Fucking USPS.

They do such stupid shit with routing sometimes. I had something go from NY to TN or KY or somewhere then back to NY.

The guy I'm freelancing for keeps getting made at me because I'm "only giving it 80 or 90%" by working 15 hours a day including weekends. The website programmers did a bunch of stupid stuff, and didn't do a bunch of obvious stuff, need to be told multiple times to do something, and I can only find out about problems in things they'd done before I started working once I actually go do something on that part of the site. I can't checkevery page if you want me doing a bunch of other things. And the web guys try charging for everything when I ask them to correct it to make it look legit. "Internal comments aren't supposed to be seen by the members, only admin in the back office" "$100 please." Seriously? It says "INTERNAL" in the name.

That final 2 months of grad school are kicking the shit out of me.

I got chased by a crow a couple of days ago in public, cars driving by as I run wildly looking up and over my shoulder as this crow keeps circling around and swooping at me. Embarrassing, I guess. Now I keep looking out for the thing, because it happened near where I live. What the fuck, crow?!

Actually, there are a lot of them around here, could be a problem. I was thinking I could try to bribe them with food or something, make a long term project out of it, befriend the crow civilization. What do they even eat? Or yeah, I could carry a tennis racket. Everybody is happy to ignore me until I start swatting crows, then they'd have something to say I bet. I wonder if that one already recognized me, I see them sitting on top of the apartment building across from me through my window. Could be a crow stalker.
