I need to convince one of my friends to buy this so I don't have to buy a PS3 again.

Did you play the first one by yourself? I just couldn't do it especially the DLC, it got really tough.

oof. the original storyline was a breeze by the end..... level capping just made my character's WAY too fierce. urm...... finished the DLC for the zombie island one and the guy with the armory that wanted you to kill him? the suicidal burnt out general DLC was fucking AWESOME. but couldn't even dent the huge thing at the end of the ClapTrap revolution one, and the gladiator pits only got a bit into. but that one was boring.

edit: DURP. answer the fucking QUESTION. yah, played it (SO. MANY. PLAYTHROUGHS.) all the time Forever Alone style.

Sooooooo I decided to start a hardcore mode Minecraft game. I guess enemies do more damage or something, and if you die, that world gets deleted.
Spawned in the middle of the jungle and as night was approaching I came upon this single house on a hill. Just a house with two old people inside, a well, a small garden and a storage shed. I decided that it was destiny for me to defend these geezers from those goddamn skeletons.
So I spent like three hours gathering materials/making armor/exploring this huge random cave system, occasionally surfacing to check up on the house.
Like five minutes ago I come back from the caves, ingame music playing while I'm walking up to the house.
The music stops and at the same time I notice that the doors to the house and shed are missing. So are the old people. The only damage to the house is a single block missing from the wall.
WAT.

I...I can't remain in this place any longer. I have to burn that house down, purify the land.

that's kinda creepy. i like games that can freak me out.

anybody play Katherine? it's a blast so far. weird design, mix of sorta Bebop looking (less raw) anime and stressful but fun puzzles. and some dating sim. 'cause i don't think Atlus knows how to do a game with out some romantic component anymore.

digging it.

Oh man, I'd never really felt an urge to buy a PS3 before, but now I really want one. I fucking loved ICO, never played Shadow of the Colossus for some reason though. Ah, probably better off buying a copy of that and hooking my PS2 up again.

lulz. that's where i'm at with Kathrine. i get past half or three quarters of a level, then get to a part i end up spending all my retries on to figure out. rage quit. stew on other stuff for awhile. go back and have fun. repeat.

really refreshing actually. the last 10 or so games i played that i liked i kinda blew through. Nintendo Hard is GOOD sometimes.

I fucking love dorf fortress. I always play obsessively for about a month and then quit for no real reason, and have to relearn most of it every time.

ok, i just got attacked and chased up a confusing block tower by the Immoral Beast...... its got a fanged mouth with ass-cheeks or boobs with eyes for a face, two muscular ass arms coming out the side that end in feet and some other horror flesh for a body and legs.

i LOVE this game.

internet says it looks like -

also, that's not a shark fin, that's a nose. because the nose and mouth face away and go down the back. so the whole back is MOST of a face. so. GOOD.

I do the same thing. You know a game has depth when you can't even remember how to play it after a break.

If any of you guys are into reading the SCP Foundation stuff (http://scp-wiki.wikidot.com/main), some people made a game out of it: http://scpcb.wordpress.com/
Kinda unnerving even in its alpha stage. The facility's rooms are randomly generated except for the starting hallway. You die a lot. Never played a game that had a button specifically for blinking before
Since it's getting kinda popular they're gonna add more SCPs.

so ME3 multiplayer is pretty fun. I love the Quarian Engineer. I don't really understand why it gets so much hate.
