I'm still waiting for my local store to get the Arrogant Bastard four pack in. Then I shall roll in the Lucky and the Barrel Aged goodness. I already picked up a double bastard, I think I'll get a couple more this season.

BCBS is so fucking good. I need to get more this year though. That stuff goes super quick.
Had an Avery Czar and an Evil Twin Molotov Cocktail last night. Really fucking good stuff.

As much as I will always miss out on trying the majority of the beers that is mentioned in this thread. Motolov Cocktail is super super good.

Man, I recognize why people love it, but I couldn't drink more than a few ounces of BCBS. It's just too much to me. I've only had it a couple times and I've changed some in taste so I'd definitely try it again, but I liked KBS so much more. I do think Bourbon County Coffee and Barleywine are excellent. I also look forward to trying this year's Proprietor's.

The coolest thing about getting that BCBS is that my wife loved it as well, which gets me soooo pumped. For reference, she HATED beer when we first met, because she had basically only tried Bud and shit like that. Guinness was how I introduced her to good beer, and stouts have always been her favorite, but she's never really been into the extreme beers, i.e. imperials, dubbels, tripels, etc. But it was cold out and she asked me to order her a good stout. I ordered her a Founders Breakfast Stout, and I got the BCBS. She ended up loving both beers, and now I'm psyched because I can start getting her to try a bunch of the other Russian Imperials and stuff like that.

Youngs is so flipping delicious, I even got my mother-in-law drinking a stout with me! Also, Left Hand Milk Stout is another one that is a little sweet and damned delicious. I've found girls tend to like that one too. (I hope that didn't sound sexist)

My girlfriends the same way. I started dating her and she didn't like beer. Now she loves sours, sweeter beers (stouts, porters, etc), and other ones that she wouldn't have touched with a 40ft pole before I met her. She doesn't like bitter beers such as IPA's so much, and the boozier beers I end up drinking more of, but she still at least try's all the beers I get. It's been fun haha!
Got some Celebration and a Lucky Bastard for tonight. Celebration is so fucking good its almost criminal.

Well.
I'm in Michigan. I've already had to get the snow blower out of the garage and there's a few more inches already piled on. It's going to be a lot like last year.
Fitting then that the wife comes home with some of this...

Not the best, far from the worst. Totally enjoyable and palatable but nothing special. Would, however, drink this over Oberon these days.
