We tried cereal a handful of times earlier on in his feedings before we switched bottles in an effort to slow him down a bit and the cereal sat really heavily on his stomach and he ended up getting colicky and spitting up chunks of it. But this time around we are going to try oatmeal and see how that fares.
I really wouldn't trade how family busy I am for anything in the world. It's the most rewarding thing ever and I have never ever been happier in my entire life than the past two years that I have been married and the past year overall/5months that Hunter has been outside.
I think part of the sleep thing too is the move, on top of milestones, on top of teething, etc. where we moved is much drier in the air and it's made all 3 of us stuffy messes throughout the night. It's also brick, and the sun faces our bedroom pretty much all day. So all of those seem to be factoring into his sleep. We did get an oscillating fan though, which has helped immensely.
I hope for H's sake that this is the worst of his reflux and that it starts to simmer down. He's just been so miserable lately and it kills me.
I have absolutely no clue where all this time is going. I started my new job 6 months ago, Hunter was born 5 months ago, we moved a month and a half ago. It's ridiculous
Also my wife said that the app is called Wonder Weeks!
Your on the right path my friend and everything is going as it should.
Relax, have a drink, and enjoy this time before it disappears and you forgot to enjoy it. Just don't fret the little stuff as its all temporary. Everyone will be just fine.

Thanks dudes

Yeah he is a rolling and bouncing machine. My wife actually sent all his milestones haha:
He's 20 weeks, rolling, repeating "Ma" sounds, eating purées, sitting for almost a minute on his own, talks in the mirror to himself, grabs things with accuracy, responds to his name. He's also followed BLW (baby led weaning)
It's really awesome though, seeing him grow and learn. Can't wait to be back home with them tomorrow.
In other spite news, I hit a pot hole this morning and bent the rim on my front right tire! I hope it can get me to the rest of my stores and 200 miles home tomorrow

I think our dog has been poisoned. Not intentionally I hope. Some of the local farmers put down bait to kill foxes. Can't they just shoot the foxes like normal people. Poison is a fucking awfull way to do it. Should be outlawed. The inlaws dog got mysteriously sick a couple of months ago and had to be put to sleep. It getting to the point that we are scared to let our fur children outside.

That's not gonna work with either of our families. It's a big thing to my fiance and she means the world to me (even when I rant and complain about how she treats me sometimes haha). I had the money saved but a trip earlier this year and unexpected bills cut too deeply into it. So I'm gonna recoup some money and shes gonna bargain hunt for cheaper supplies and stuff to pull it off.

Ten four.
On the chopping block: The telemaster, dirge treadle delay, Randall RD100h and 2x12/1x15 cab, my backup drumset and my Roland electronic drumset, plus probably a few small things I'm forgetting.
So it looks like I'll be left with my full drum kit, my PA, my recording gear, my two DeArmond 7's and hopefully my LTD, the Dunwich rig (That is definitely not going anywhere, ever), and an assortment of pedals plus my board and power supply. Soooooo I can't
really complain....

Fuck any and all chirping birds and their peculiar ability to know that they need to get shit popping off exactly when I'm trying to go to sleep.
