Yeah,...people wanted to suck some guys dick for throwing that mini patchbay on his board (FWIW,...I have no gripe with Phatbass,..he seems like a cool enough cat). I'm not sure I understand the point of patchbays however. It is cute all loaded up with George L's plugs though.

well.... patchbays DO make more sense when they're 8x8 or more. i have one at my computer desk.

but Timmy is a good guy. this1smyne builds nice stuffs cheap if you're too lazy or inept (me) to throw together simple builds.

Well for one you could use it to patch a whole extra board in the middle of your chain, it would make cabling easier.

Why does everyone always talk in such general terms about being "lost in the mix". Yeah, a bunch of distorted instruments playing the same note at different octaves will blend together... but it's not the distortion' fault you don't know how to work as a band. If you can never get through your guitar player, maybe you need to consider the possibility that your guitar player is an attention-whoring asshole. Or maybe you, as a band, need to plan a song around the sounds you want. If you want fuzz bass, cut out the power chords.
