I'm not justifying the business model. Just telling you what I think and letting you know from experience that it's simply something you're going to have to get used to if you are into his builds.
Trust me I know the drill. Rhys gave me a heads up maybe once in all my orders and that was when he knew he was adding LFO's on the Flanger and I told him I would wait for that.

Pebbles is such an awesome pedal and now it is more awesome. Lends itself well to crummy synths.

I wasn't complaining about him...just realizing that...you know...I got...

slimed

Okay which one of you fuckers bought this?

One of a kind analog resynthesizer. pll based. I’ve had it in my own collection a few years. Meanest noise machine I’ve made. It’s available in the shop for $350

Not me. I already had one (with one less toggle and two less buttons). It's uncontrollable, and not in the cool way, imo. More like five times the volume or simply no volume at all by moving one knob 1%. It has cool sounds hidden within, but you can forget about using it live unless you only use it in one setting. I did use it live once. Sounded like hellish thunder, which was cool, but ultimately not worth the real estate on my board or the pain in the ass it was finding a useable sound. It is an overly primitive circuit. There are better PLLs out there (like the Industrialectric 4046-M).

LG has my old one now. You can find two demos of it on youtube. One by me and one by Pepe.

Ugly, once I again I appreciate your thorough response. You save me a lot of time and effort figuring out things for myself and save me money (not that buying this was an option). You're like a GAS killer.

Yup, you've pretty much said it right (and maybe a third demo below).

I find it a bit more usable, but I like the chaos. I think more of it as a part, not as the whole sound. I think in a parallel or less "musical" situation it can add a lot of fun and character.

There are definitely a bunch of kind of dead spots where it won't trigger. If you are looking for something to track perfectly or even carry melody, it ain't there. But for fun blasts of analog squarewave randomness, why the hell not? (Run it from one output of synth back to the input kinda stuff)

Pebbles is now odcore haha. I love the soundcloud clip. Can't rationalize getting another circuit bent Nux and I can probably get these sounds through a combination of my other pedals.

I love it so much...the rude modulations...

Alright so I thought about fixing my Kassette (couple pages back) while I was away on holiday and read into it a little, and to be honest I think I'd rather not go fiddling. I don't use the pedal all that much any more, it's not so practical in my band's context really, and so I'm not sure it's worth sending off either.

So anyway, does anyone want to buy it and try and fix it? I'll probably post it in the BST tomorrow and maybe eBay sometime. Trades for anything either too.

Isn't the Memory Loss a PT2399 delay?
I'm kinda curious how Rhys could make a Phase that acts similar to the Memory Loss.

It is. I was thinking it was just a memloss going into a dataphase, but maybe it's something new altogether.
