How's the mobius on bass? I have heard everything from loosing low end to it sounding very digital when slamming it with dirt. The big one for me is phaser, I need that shit to be warm and fat ESPECIALLY with fuzz.
I love the Mobius, I've sold off almost all of my other modulation. Anyone who says that it loses low-end is out to lunch, I don't get that at all. Digital-sounding is hard to say, I don't really know what exactly they mean by that. Like artifacts and shit? I almost always use it with fuzz or at least heavy overdrive, and I don't notice anything weird.
I don't actually use the Phaser that much, I basically stick to the chorus, flanger, leslie and univibe stuff (although I guess the univibe is phaser-ish). I think all of those things sounds pretty authentic and analog. And the Destroyer mode is fucking awesome, but it's definitely not for everyone.
I think the destroyer mode IS for me. Thanks this cleared up some second thoughts.

lol. while it's been a blast hanging out making noises, no, no eye splooging happened. that came out wrong (TWCGS).
and anyways. in the eyes? that's just RUDE. shit HURTS.
Mobius - i dug a few modes a lot. i just couldn't jive with the layout. like, delays? i'm most comfy with them at the end of the chain, so a Timeline is fucking AWESOME. i kept wanting to move the Mobius around or have it have 4 or 5 toanz accessible any time.
sounds killer though.

Couple new additions. Also picked up the pedal train pedalbooster kit to make the pedals on the top row more accessible. Maybe a little pricey but it's an elegant solution to that top row issue.

Whatchyu doin with that line selector? Always curious how people work those in. Sick board, Im sure that Shiva and earthbound make massive sounds together!

Organic apples are not normal, they are special, like analog, whereas normal apples, like digital, taste sterile and lack warmth.

This is my biggest problem with the Mobius. I see its relevance in the market today, but it's flawed by design. You'd still need two or three of to fully realise their potential. I'll probably pick one up eventually, but I highly doubt it'll replace all my Subdecay and Dr. Scientist modulation.

Awesome colour scheme. I used to have a SuperDelay in grey.

The mobius does have a cool thing that could address this specific issue Behndy brought up. If you run it in mono, you can use the right ins and outs as a loop for drive/fuzz (or any other pedals), and each patch has a pre/post option where you can choose to either run the patch before or after the other boxes. I haven't played with that function yet, but it sounds pretty damned cool.

Using the LS-2 to switch between two loops. Here is the signal chain:
-->VPJR-->SD-2-->LS-2(A<->B)-->TU-2-->Amp
LS-2 Loop A is Just the Supercollider LS-2 Loop B is OC-2-->WSOU-->Shiva-->Source Audio Bass Envelope Filter-->Drasp Modded DL4
I like having the volume pedal first as it's nice for delay swells and shit. Having the SD-2 prior to the LS-2 allows me to overdrive both loops if I want. FWIW I also have a Sadowsky bass preamp in my chain but that's just really a "fix it" for a guitar amp (powering a bass cab) that lacks a sufficient tone stack for bass.
