no.

I had a cort bass with a composite/graphite neck on it. I know it was not wood that was for sure. I LOVED the way it played.

We just call it the "doom" room in the hope we might lure hipster girls there...into our rape vans....I mean vans of righteous wizarding.

Ooop! never saw the question, glad my secretary answered for me (luuuuv you man).

Yup, it's my only bass, which is a pain when I break a string at a show. But, honestly, I've yet to play a bass that equals my grabber. It also is light, but I feel this is an anomaly, because every other grabber I've played has been heavy as fuck and played like a cinder block with strings. Which, makes me glad I got the one I own.

Mine is stupid light, as well. Maybe wood was lighter in the '70s.

Just put this guy together with assorted parts from random craigslist deals. Got the neck on a lefty bass that came with an amp, body just to do this. No idea what the neck is. I'm pretty sure it's not fender, but its nice! Going to give it a try and see if I can get accurate enough to make it useful. I love being able to slide notes around, first time I've ever fretlessed.
