Crush The Button is based in Belgium, shipping is pretty cheap and no import tax raping going on. Though the VAT is already included in their prices. They have a used gear section which does have the occasional bargain.
Prymaxe is worth checking out. They're in the USA, but there's free international shipping when you buy enough and they pretty much have a constant 15% off coupon going on. Best part is that their packages breeze through customs so no extra fees.

Most of the time but not always. Calcuate with import tax - be surprised if it gets to you cheaper.
