it's cool when all you want to do is update your Modfactor firmware and the company makes you create an account and register your product first but then since you bought used someone else has the thing registered so you get to contact support and wait a few days and blah blah blah....

About to go see my pépé in the hospital. He was moved out of the ICU today because he's been steadily declining and isn't going to recover. Super bummed, he's such an amazing guy and still really upbeat despite the situation.
