I have the V1 Fix'd Fuzz. Used to have the Deluxe as well as the Twosome. I actually prefer the V1 over the Deluxe because they changed the circuit in the Deluxe in a way that makes Fuzz 2 less musical to my ears.Obulus wrote:The seller thinks the shade knob has another frequency between the two versions such that it is more extreme in the v1 and the v1 is vero whereas the v2 is on PCB. I tested a Fix'd Fuzz DLX once and it was awesome too, but it had more control over the different stages so I'm not sure the normal Fix'd will be equally awesome. But I guess this will be killer as well as it's the same beast but more stripped down (and there doesn't seem to be much of a difference between v1 and v2)! Definitely hope I can sell the KKF to get the Fix'd Fuzz!
edit: Yeah, I'd rather have the DLX as well, but I'm short on cash and this one is only €80! Also didn't know it had trimpots, so that's kinda good news even!
Danks homie! And yeah, it's the last day today. I brought a few with me, but only like, five. So...plenty more at home.Achtane wrote:wut i didn't know you were on tour, domvan. Probably 'cause I'm not cool enough for Facebook...

This is a hard one for me. Not in terms of what I like the best (obviously the Klipp), but the jag being my first guitar it's hard to get rid of it. FUCKING EMOTIONS MAN! I need to man up. Sent the pictures of my jag to the guy who is selling the Klipp. Hope he likes what he sees! Said he prefers money but he's interested in a jaguar.AngryGoldfish wrote:The clean channel on the Klipp is worth it alone. Make sure it's in good working order though.
The more broken sounding it is, the better I will like it I think so I don't know if I'm after something more musical. Based on the description I think I'm good for the broken sounding fuzz though!blanket wrote:I have the V1 Fix'd Fuzz. Used to have the Deluxe as well as the Twosome. Yeah that's right, as long as the switches are in the down position and you're giving each individual pedal at least the minimum required mA there won't be any problems.MaxMaps wrote:Really dumb question:
I am wiring my board with my DC10 and I am a bit confused/scared about turning it on and frying my pedals. Everything I have currently is 9v 400ma. Unless if I flip the tiny switches on the back of the DC10 I should be good to go just plugging everything in with the exception of the last bank right? Or do I need to go buy some connectors with splits on the end and just use the first 4 banks.
Help I is dumb ;/
Ugh, the goodbye 24 is so good. I'm definitely going to get in on the next run.backwardsvoyager wrote:Yeah that's right, as long as the switches are in the down position and you're giving each individual pedal at least the minimum required mA there won't be any problems.MaxMaps wrote:Really dumb question:

I just wired my whole board with a Ciokolate (first time user) and am pretty darn impressed how easily it powers ~20 pedals including annoying AC and center-positive ones.
