They started self destructing back when Jeb dropped.

Do you think that Donald Trump has paid any attention at all before to a presidential election like ever?

nope, not a bit, I would question whether he actually voted in any.

The law suits are getting silly as well.
He didn't want to appear at the one yesterday even though he is the one suing, it's complete insanity.

(Pretty trippy Trump propaganda. :trippy: )

I don't understand how people are gonna get upset if/when Bernie Sanders "endorses" Clinton.

Politics, by its very nature, is "selling out".

Yes. For a ridiculous egomaniac who is careening out of control, I do think he is still quite calculating/aware. Remember 2012 when he spearheaded the whole "birther" movement? That was just him dipping his little toesies in the water. Announcing his candidacy with The Wall was him making a big cannonball.

Unfortunately, he still hasn't come back up to surface.

Every time I see my neighbour's truck (the back window has "TRUMP" written in giant letters) I feel an overwhelming urge to smash his windows.
Also, some friends of mine down in Dallas were apparently kicked out of the rally there just for being inside and not being a Trump drone.
One of them flashed peace signs as he was escorted out and all the Trumplodytes have been trashing him non-stop since.

Of course—I'm sure he's just voted on the simplest terms possible. Vote for who'll charge the least taxes.

At the end of the day, I think that's honestly all he cares about: unregulated, shit-kickin' business with as little taxes as possible, and the power that comes with it. Everything else is just pandering and seducing to get his way.

One of the things that's blown my mind the most is that repubs are usually so proud of being "tax-paying Americans," yet Trump won't release his tax returns. He's even said he pays "as little as possible." So, basically finding ways to fuck the system is somehow a badge of honor in his eyes. That's really not surprising at all, but it makes so little sense to me that people are embracing such a blatant one-percenter as the voice of the people.

I guess that's bigger than Trump: the baffling fact that well-off (and even crazier, lower income) Republican voters somehow see themselves in the same league as the uber-wealthy.

Isn't that the American dream?
Isn't that why you guys try to sell diamonds and overpriced sneakers to people in housing projects on welfare?

Try?

The overpriced sneakers sell themselves.

The diamonds take a little more effort, but not much.

Trump's a "Republican" in the same way that Sanders is a "Democrat": only opportunistically.
