Probably the impetus for Suhr to release their own little guy. :idk:

Yeah, a lot of those all plastic pedals do sound great, they'll just not really all that sturdy.

I'm trying to be a bottom feeder but the world seems to not want this to happen. What do you currently like? I have Amazon Prime but all the cheap stuff actually sounds really good and "warm" sounding. I am after a harsher/colder sound (and quite frankly probably have plenty of gear that does that already but alas, here we are  )

I remember when they fired my shitty colleague at my shitty job (that I quite liked actually) a few years ago. You literally had to try your hardest to get fired from there. I think it took her like 100 lates and every time she came in she would start throwing up per copious alcohol consumption from the night before. She was not a team player.
Have you tried wish.com? There's some seriously cheap stuff on there if you search guitar effects.

Add the HM-2 clone to that $22 pile too.

Nice 4-knobber--slap a purple Davies in there for the feedback control; good to go :)*

I bet you can score one of these used for $22 so I'll throw it out there. I used a Mooer Slow Engine this weekend in a jam... I was VERY impressed with it. It does one thing but it's very effective at that one thing in a "live" (i.e. with a drummer) setting.

It was super impromtu so I didn't get to bring any of my gear. I used a DOD Grunge, Dirge Evan Anguish (actually, that is technically my pedal but I leant it to my friend so it was cool to be reunited), the mooer -> BF-2 -> DOD Rubbernecker (I set it to a slap back setting). Played through a kvlt Peavey Classic 1977 2 X 12 with an extension 2 X 12. Ibanez RG something.

That makes sense. It's bigger than an actual pedal. :idk:
