You would think a Velero wouldn't have good Pizza but he had a Trailer that expanded into the station and it Rulezzz... They have a Sandwich Shop and 1000 types of beers so it's a One Stop...

I will proudly be called a pizza snob…I am more of a pizzaterian though. I'll eat the fuck out of just about any kind of pizza pie, I just happen to know what really good is, and truly truly crave it…
I grew up here. My dad grew up on the street that all these pizza joints are centered around. He grew up across from Pepe's.

I can't eat any dairy whatsoever on tour. It fucks my not-great voice up even more.

I've learned that stouts and other beers with a lot of body are a bad idea before singing. Scotch seems to be a good on stage libation. Not before though! dairy, cant say, dont really partake aside from cheese form.
Christian, i think you are misunderstanding the pizza we are discussing. It is some of the healthiest food you could ever hope to have. All food groups are represented proportionally and I cant think of any other food you could eat exclusively and not become deficient in some nutrient.
Crust provides carbs, thin crust could be considered low carb, sauce and topping get your veggies on, pep and sausage give a nice protien boost without being massive quantities.
Now this is in reference to GOOD pizza. Not domin-noes or pappa fuckers. that shit is unhealthy as fuck. yuck.
Sauce I have been making lately has artichokes, onions, portebella mushrooms, broccoli, tomato, elk sausage and garlic as well as seasonings and a bit of cheese, add that to a well made crust and throw some more veggies and REAL pepperoni on top..... Food nirvana.
Damn, I need to hit the market and make another batch. This thread inspired me and I have been looking up recipes for crust, found a decent sounding neo style I'd like to try out.
