We couldn'g get a tab or two slipped in with the parts could we? Maybe wrapped around an electrolytic cap?

Some people have asked me about a BOM for this kit. Basically the final cost is going to depend upon how many people buy into this kit. There are also a few factors involved. I estimate that if you just bought everything outright you would easily hit $75 to $100 in total cost for a full etched kit. If we have a very large order of kits then its possible to bring that down to around $50 to 60. More details on this later after the first 3 units are built and tested. We can then open up the orders for people to see how many are interested and compute a total cost per person.

This looks sweet. I think all I'd need are the PCB and an etched enclosure to do it. I most likely have everything else.
