Bro...I mean, I don't want to say this but you were buying the shit out of Seppuku and those look like a little kid designed them. hahaha. Seriously.

I"d buy one in one hot minute if I could. Broke as a joke right now.

This is scribble. You even have kids. Are you this blind? These are waaaaay worse than Seppukuslimes, and I agree that the new direction Rhys had with those CBs are pretty terrible. But those are just one single color pedals (the exception being the dataphase, which has two). This it someone going apeshit with colors willy-nilly. It's what you would find on the inside of a ten year old's notebook, next to one of those kewl S's everyone used to draw. Get the fuck out of here you trolling boner

I have three kids bro. Do you have kids?

They are not worse, just different. It's not super pleasing to the eye, sure I get that. But for the price and the fact that he's even making them, I think it's great. I mean, you could also pay the super inflated prices of the old version boxes if you can even find them.

Besides, when did you start caring about pedal aesthetics? Doesn't seem like you.

For the record, I'm super shallow and care a lot about how my stuff looks. Why else would have have things etched and buy limited edition finishes (ghost Particle, fallout Gravitas, stamped TAFM)? I just happen to like broken-looking things in general. :animal:

Kids, man...

Having both, I give the edge to Seppuku. Some of the snazzy will rub off too just by holding it. On the internal side, edge Snazelle (much more complex stuff).

Eh, kinda different ends of the spectrum though and both good stuff.

If possessing a deep appreciation for aesthetics means that one is experiencing something more intensely than others, then such an appreciation should be seen an enhancement of depth, not a deficiency.

Would anyone care to comment on how they sound? :snax:

Haha, I was getting there. Just tired.

I generally think of snazzy as less chaotic and much more solid but still relatively arcane. I think the new distortion sounds great and the divine hammer is cool but has a bit of a dive in curve. I had the mini ark, but I didnt like it for a few reasons (just not that into synth guitars sounds any more I guess) and I'd kinda rather just use the trusty Octasynth. I'm interested in the field trip...but I dunno, just hasn't grabbed me enough to not buy something else (or anything).

He posted pics of a new modular pedal too.
