I'm so used to my '80 les Paul neck.
He makes thick necks too. Ive played one of the thick necks and like three of the thin. The thick is really comfy but my hands are tiny so i ended up going with the thin. Upper fret access is the best ive ever seen.... good for locusty shit

I really fuckin want one of these.
Gretsch double cut solid body style body with a sparkly ass silver finish and an aluminum neck. I wonder what that would cost me

Totally awesome, tarpitman, it's a beaut! What's your ETA now? Are you getting the thin neck?
Donny, what neck did you get?
Mine's got the thin neck and I know I'm no musician but it's my favourite neck of all my guitars... I wish all my guitars had a thin metal neck now.

Terribly considering a 335 style with bigsby. I'm torn on wood vs. all aluminum, though.

I think all aluminum is a very unique sound... but I also think a big part of the special sound is the neck and pickups and the way they're connected so a wood body probably sounds nearly as unique... wood would be lighter I spose... I love the look of the finished wood like tarpitman's... tough choice!

I can't tell if the Chessie body is the same size as the Standard.
I really love the oversize body of a 335, as far as semi-hollow goes.
