I'm pretty happy in the knowledge that my money goes to good folks though. That's important to me. I try to be a good folk. I like to support my kind.

 This is why I have no tattoos, piercings, don't smoke, don't buy anime merchandises, gaming systems, don't own a real TV and almost no furniture... I always go.. well yeah but I could get XYZ-gear instead... gear almost always wins..

+1

i have very limited income, and space.
i said to myself one day....amp or tv.
i love amp.

though now i'm thinking.......gear is great, but lets go back to school to earn a living, art will always have the heart, but it doesn't work with coin operation.

Shit brother, a TV will just turn your brain off, an amp will switch it on. You did good.

And education is always a pleasure.

Besides. Think of the pretty musical things you'll soon buy!

I've dealt directly with three of those four companies* and all have had what I would call exceptional customer service. Out of warranty repairs, upgrades, detailed progress reports for paid-for builds, and all that good stuff.

My worst experience with those guys was Josh from Malekko gave me the wrong phone # in an email so when I called I got some angry teabagger lady who was offended at a phone call from socialist Canada

What did you do to piss them off ?

* Haven't bought anything from Catalinbread yet, but online interactions have always been positive.

EDIT:

My bad, I read that as a complaint about little sense of customer service, doh!
Glad to see everybody's all

Levy is a good word... it's short and to the point and pretty much describes the one thing we hate dealing with in this industry...
