Siiiiick board dude
Double flanger all the way!

Thinking about upgrading the El Cap to a Timeline.. Other than that, can't think anything else I'd need (unless Boss release a Lo-Band Flanger or something

)
Yep, double flangers! Dude, your posts about the revolver have me gassing. I've been thinking... trade pitch black for tc mini. Consolidate Guyatone SV-2 and ST-2 by getting VFE bumblebee. Move some stuff around. Fit a revolver on. Also need room for a Rainger Air Traffic Controller. And a Frazz...
But nah, GAS aside, I love my board. Lots of sounds and really practical. I have the BF-2 flanger set up like a Leslie, and the HF-2 doing the airplane thing. Works great, and they sound great together. Lots of good synthy sounds to be had between the Octasynth, the Noisebox and the Mantis II. Mantis II plus Cosmi = aliens. In the most positive sense of the word. Noisebox + Empress = techno beatz. Octa plus anything = god. And Xero.
ILF has really inspired me to find new sounds over the past year or two I've been a member/lurker.

ps clean channel your boards consistently rule.

It's amazing, really intuitive knob layout and definitely more versatile than you would think. Build quality is flawless too.
Only thing I wish it had was a preset bank but it's pretty easy to tweak between settings so no big deal.
Probably not the sort of effect everyone would use but for me it just felt like what was missing from my setup, such an
inspiring piece of gear (and the most
expensive pedal I've ever bought

)
That's how I see HEXE. He's building pedals that truly inspire the unique musician in you. They actually force you to write in varying ways, which essentially makes them more like instruments than guitar modulators like chorus or reverb.

Yeh, the Revolver is a fantastic pedal... I have one and for recordings and studio, it's just amazing. But for live performance, I think it's totally useless (for me). It's almost impossible to dial twice the exact same sound, feel, tempo etc... But it's a keeper, that's for sure !

Nice, my old FrantaBit.
What is the blue pedal with two white knobs... and the one with a wolf?

God damn, that is a tasty board
Is it good having both the vibrato and the chorus?

Blue pedal is a BYOC Tremolo from my Secret Santa. The other guy is the Fantastic Mr. Fox Tone Machine: built by Dirge, etched by DannDubblewe.

I just got the vibrato today, but I think it'll be cool having both.
I use the chorus to do the slow lush and I plan on the vibrato doing the faster wigglies.

I actually had a VFE bumblebee a while back, and while it was awesome at being either a compressor or volume swell I'm not sure i could recommend it if you use them frequently because tweaking it can be a pain..
..aliens, you say? Mantis II GAS initatied

Exactly, yeah! He's come up with some amazing designs over the past few years, I'll definitely be ordering more eventually (the Carrier looks incredible, and the bitcrusher, respirator etc etc).

That's why the band plays along to the Revolver, not the other way around
