Much more, obviously.
Even though they've had a presumptive nominee for a month now, I expect that there will still be infighting up to November.
Since Democrats have a tendency to get their shit together when the nominee is crowned, I mean named, the odds are looking more and more in favour of Hillary.

Does Trump really believe he's larger than the GOP?

It would appear so.

But the numbers are against him, and Romney, the Bush Clann, Kasich and others are posturing themselves to say "I told you so."

It's hilarious that "conservative" radio hosts like Hugh Hewitt are calling Trump a "Stage Four Cancer." Like you didn't realize it when it was a stage one-through-three cancer? When your party overwhelmingly disagrees with 99.9% of scientists on climate change, when your pundits blast BlackLivesMatters as a bunch of cop killers, when your state representatives claim a woman's reproductive system will shut down if it's a "legitimate rape," the Republican Party is a party of anti-intellectualism. It breeds and feeds off of stupidity. That is the Republican brand. Party leaders and conservative thinkers have incubated intolerance and now the monster they created has reared it's ugly head.

I find the whole thing funny really.. the right has been pushing the ideals of everything Trump is, or seems to be, for a very long time. They have been wanting a authoritarian corporate privatized christian power structure.. well… here it is, they got what they asked for because all Trump does is say all the stupid shit that I have heard come out of the mouth of every "conservative" with redneck tendencies I have ever had to talk to.. he appeals to the asshole mentality of god/guns/and pro gringo :p with the power of Trump in your soul you can hate everyone and everything but nascar the NRA and the 7th club 'merka!

The "problem" is that that group you refer to has, since the 1980's or so, become an increasingly vocal, but shrinking, minority. They're as loud as ever, but there are actually fewer at the end of the day when it comes to their portion of the electorate.

Winning a highly divided primary is different from a general.

That is to say, in the terms of the 2012 general election, they built this.
