Lannisters....
I'm thinking at least one of kids will.
And yes, all daughters of the grass sea must claim their heritage of blood, with arakh in hand!

That suck man, but I'd say 99.3% and yearly checks will keep you in the sweet spot.

Edit: that print is badass.
War hammer to the face, mother fucker!
Yeah, that print is the shit. There is a part in book 4 where they describe that battle. Robert was strong enough that when he connected that he went through his helm and crushed his skull. Bad. Ass.
pelliott wrote: Oh Chicago Music Exchange! Forgot about that place. Will have to go to both/either/all of the guitar stores. I'm not very big on Chicago-style pizza, honestly. Thanks for the recommendations!

Also, Big Business and The Sword just crushed it. Jared jumped into the crowd during their last song and it was DELIGHTFUL and The Sword sounded fantastic all around.
It makes me all kinds of sad on the inside that I've never seen The Sword.

You didn't miss shit. The Sword are boring as hell live.

Also they're my personal epitome of everything that's burned out, lame, and irritatingly rehashed about the whole goddamn genre, so I'm totally not biased at all when I say that.

But tickets were only like $15.

Fucking love the Sword. I've seen em a few times and they've always kicked ass. They don't jump around or get crazy into it like some bands do, they just play and have some of the best sound I've heard. Crazy tight, really great musicians. I mean the stage tone was on par with Helms Alee, and let's face it, helms has a bit of an unfair advantage. It'd be like getting Nick to join your band/build/mod all your stuff.

We have Pizza. Just putting that on the table.

Seriously, I'm surprised you have not gotten talked into joining a band. I know you're busy as hell, but we all know you can play....

What bothers me most about The Sword at this point is that they play like they think they've burned out. I do still like it a lot, but man do they look bored live and transfer that to the crowd. As one of my buddies said after a Clutch concert, "who's ready to get bored with The Sword?"

I love forming game plans, they make me feel productive; ergo, I've decided what I'm doing about new cabs: I'm going to see if I can snag this AOR I've been watching, and then I'll pick up probably a straight cab. It should come with Celestions, which I could imagine I could part off pretty quickly and make enough money to cover 75% of cost of new speakers.

Hopefully this works out. :doom:

Cowboy steak in the fridge right now thats been absorbing a nice rub for two days, slow cooking it in the smoker tonight. damn things about 3 inches thick, it's more like a roast. that'd get ya right for crossfit.
Thinking asperagus on the side, maybe some baked potato.

But yeah, when we had everyone here for the TB thing, 3 pizza's and a thing of shrimp cocktail disappeared with a quickness. Gotta fuel up for the FUZZ.
