This sounds more than amazing, but also raises me some questions.
I totally understand the hype, I really do, and I love both of CB and Cooper work. I just can't get how people can buy something that costs almost 5k (if you include import taxes in EU) without planning it Months in advance, but probably it's just me.

Damn, shipping is just $15 in the US. Sorry about the import taxes - that sucks.

Shipping would be 32€, so not that much, but import taxes are usually 24-25% (at least here in Italy).

On the plus side, maybe it'll force the used price of v.1s down for a little while (though they'll probs rebound b/c internet collector syndrome) - so maybe you can snag one of those for a lot less. They don't do all the cool ramping dipswitch stuff, but I can say from personal experience that they sound damn fine, even if you do have to boost a little externally if you're heavily filtering....

So in Italy,
K is slang for 100? In the US, 5k = 5,000. I could definitely not afford 5k pedals in US terms.
If someone declared a pedal at $100-200 USD and marked it as a gift, would you still have to pay duties/taxes? Maybe someone could hook you up that way.

Wait I stand corrected, I thought the "wet" knob was a mix function but in fact it is a volume control for the gen loss'd side. GAME ON.

From my understanding, some places in Italy still use the KiloLire.

Yup, I know gifts are a grey zone where sometimes they ask you to justify it with documents and sometimes you're lucky and get through without any problem. For my personal experience I had to pay everytime I ordered from US or CA. Latest one was the Woozy at the beginning of this year, 50€ of taxes when the pedal was 200€ (shipping included), and they also kept it stopped for 3 weeks in customs offices until I sent them a document demonstrating that the payment was really 200€

Not sure if "Rollin" means the same thing in Italian as it does in English:

Anyone grab a Signal Blender? I've had an idea for my pedalboard and I would definitely like to grab one.
Also, still super interested in the Maw. It's coming out Oct 30 apparently; they posted a few clips recently:

Demos coming at Noon Pacific (3 EST, >8 Europe). It's supposedly an IR-driven cab sim. (unless these are really good fakes

)
I guess for the Strymon fan boys this is a win.
