Realized I need 2 power supplies and have to drill another hole to run the cable through
Anybodies has experience performing surgery on their pedaltrain?

Yep. It's aluminium and easy to drill. If you have a half decent drill.
Your board is like Brad Pitt circa early to mid 90s and my board is a teenage girl.
