Some, like Moose, are fighting the good fight and trying to set people straight. Ultimately I hope some of those dudes get an education or at least learn to fact check before they give advice. There is a great deal of knowledge...but i don't get why some people on there are just simply rude...it doesn't make for a good chilled out atmosphere like we have here.

I still like looking at the pics, but hardly ever get involved in the comments.

I used to really enjoy just looking at the rigs, but it's so elitist and kinda passive-aggressive all the time.

A shame really. I still have you guise though, right?

I only know of Indian and their new record From All Purity, and I think the Sunn O)))/Ulver split has just been released.

Tombs, The Atlas Moth, YOB, and Pallbearer all might have records come out this year. I've been following Tombs' Facebook page and I'm very excited for that one.

The Sunn/Ulver split is now streaming: http://sunn.bandcamp.com/album/terrestrials

Also already out, if not quite as classic-doom: Solar Halos, Helms Alee.
Also coming this year: Earth, Wounded Kings, Royal Thunder.

I've used 2 4 ohm cabs before, if that's what you're asking.

Totally all over this.

At first I was a bit, "meh" about the paint...but it reminds me of a Black Forest, so I'm cool with that. I really don't need another black guitar, though.

Sounds like more trouble than it's worth- you can just go in your jam room for all the amp porn you need bro
