I've had all the Marilyn Manson I can handle,...my wife loves that shit,...personally it makes me want to shoot up a high school then commit suicide.

If Big Brother is watching,....that's called satire (which is what MM is too,...we have something in common).

finally, something unambiguously positive about being my age...i will probably never have to worry about my partner listening to Marilyn Manson.

Aside from Tool and Radiohead,...her taste in music sucks.

I can't listen to Phish with her around.

At least I got her into Lake Trout.

Could be worse, my girlfriend really likes country music. And I'm not talking about Hank Williams or Johnny Cash, she's into Dixie Chicks and shit like that.

This,...very much so this.

FWIW,...Manson's music doesn't offend me and I actually respect what some of his lyrical content is about (if I can understand wtf he is saying),...I just find it; the music and his voice, to be abrasive and not in a good way.

lulz, I'm not sure I know any MM songs other than Beautiful People and various covers he's done. They're ok though. No complaints from me.

Feel blessed. I've been trying for years to get my girlfriend off of top 40 pop, rap, etc. trash.

Grrrrr  I have one fairly sure time a week that I have the house to myself and can play guitar as loud(like louder than the quietest setting) as I want, but there's another one if I just sacrifice a little sleep. Well, guess whose mom decided to take a day off from work today? Now, I'm effed. Can't play loud until Friday or hardly at all. Hopefully I'll have new pedal by then!

This is the one thing that sucks about my schedule(work all night, sleep all day, weird in-between times), I can never fucking play! I need to buy one of those 1/4" to 1/8" things so I can play through my computer anytime.
