Bought my first pedal in a few years, a used EQD Ghost Echo. I've been playing every day and enjoying music again. Never going to go back to my old amount of gear, but a Strat, an amp, and a couple of pedals is pretty nice. I can't believe how much this place has changed in the last 4-5 years. I guess I won't be getting a used Mini any time soon.

This is me too :!!!:

Took a five year break which started with two cheep instruments and a hand full of effects. I wish I had hit every day but I have been consistent for 18 months and improved as a player. I love playing and dont want to stop :)

Welcome back!

This might be the most seriously I've ever taken actually making music. I'm working from my home office, surrounded by a keyboard, a bass, 3 guitars, 2 amps, and a pile of pedals. Something is brewing.

Four months into owning it and I am still over the moon in love with my Fender Professional II Stratocaster. It is just a delight to play.

I also got into school this year! Doing film sound. Very excited to not keep working my dead end job, finally. Also started a blog to start writing some and i feel i can really get going writing that way.

Best of luck with the engineering morange!

This weekend, I'm getting back the guitars I had when I got divorced almost a decade ago. My Reverend Slingshot Jr. that I got off the guy from the Supersuckers. The Gibson Melody Maker Flying V that is likely the only Gibson ever. A Gretsch BST-2000 that was my second guitar ever. A MIM Strat I scored in a parking lot for $150 and a fuzz. They are coming home. I need a clip on tuner and a Kleenex.
