Heavy Machine ACQUIRED.

Initial thoughts on small practice amp:
Bass - too fizzy but many sculpted toanz might be awesome in the amp stack.
Guitar- GNAR BALLS. Instant thick distortion toanz all around, riff it for DAYS.

Will report back with stack review.

Glad to here you dig it! Try it with a big amp if you can! It does make a difference!! I've tried it with acoustic guitar. LOL! It's NUTS!

I'm always the TWEETER OFF kind of guy. My amp is just in the basement of this terribly unorganized musical outfit composed of some of my best friends. x.x

I think most bass players would sound much better if there were no tweeters :idk: never had one, never missed one and every time I encounter one it's just a horrible experience

So I tried HM into my head into headphones and HOT DAMN it's good. All the right kind of compression coupled with hearty girth. Notch shift stays at 1 tho

Sounded immense, the Behemoth sounds like my bass has grown a beard.
The Megalith was just so massive sounding.
Together, they achieved infinite sustain.

Finally bought a MEGALITH after years of wondering. My only regret is not buying one sooner, holy living fuck! :omg: :omg: :omg:

Big pedals are cool. I fucking hate small pedals. In fact I hate them so much I took the smallest pedal off my board, even though it sounds awesome.

Size 12 wide boots don't really help after 3 beers at a heavy metal show. I end up stepping on two pedals at the same time which kills off any mood I'm trying to establish between verses, choruses, bridges, solos, quiets, louds, silents, overbearings, and absurds parts. Sure it's funny the first SEVENTEEN TIMES it happens but after awhile that shit gets old.

Fuck small pedals. MOUNTAINKING is not small. It is KING UNDER THE MOUNTAIN and yeah so maybe Thrór was a bit short being a dwarf and all, but that motherfucker was stout as all hell.
