We had some shows on either side of the run that got clipped. We're planning a SE run after this one though.

Hey, man, at least you got Old Hickory Brewery right there. Death By Hops is some seriously good shit.

They also have some delicious stouts as well. The death by hops is pretty good though.

Tennessee is supposedly going to start getting their stuff soon. I'm excited to try more.

We are looking at a weekend run of Atlanta / Chattanooga or Atlanta / Nashville this spring. I haven't played either city in years and I'm dying to get back up there.

Man you say when and where in Nashville and I'll be there. Chattanooga/ATL are doable depending on timing too.

Yeah the taproom is amazing. Did any of you get a chance to try the Event Horizon? It was delicious.

I need to get out there and hit up the taproom. Now that I work in a bar I have a whole new desire to try new beers. One because it is now my job to know this shit and two I have been opened up to a whole new world of booze that is just fucking delicious haha.

Pelliot, you don't have Old Hickory in your area yet?! Dude, you'd piss yourself over the local beer store here. CAmerican craft beer heaven. I never spend less than $50/$100 when I visit and I always leave with maybe one regular type of beer and like 3 to 4 other kinds I have yet to have or limited runs of shit. Now we just need to legalize cannibis in this fucking state and have a cannibis shop open up with the same business model.

You got it. Are there any other clubs besides the Muse in Nashville that cater to heavier bands? I've been outta the loop of the scene up there for so long that is the only club I can remember.

The Muse closed a couple years ago.

The End (endnashville.com) almost always has heavy music. Exit/In periodically has heavy bands play there, but is all over the map in terms of who plays there every night. Owl Farm has a lot of hardcore and the like but sounds like they don't want to book sludge metal or similar stuff any more so FUCK EM

I don't think I had Event Horizon but I've heard really good things. Tennessee has long had seriously detrimental tax laws and regulations restricting the growth of craft beer culture here. It's finally changing and we're about to see a big increase in smaller breweries and more distant ones finally breaking into the market. Sounds like a few NC breweries are finally going to distribute here after Highland and Green Man have been here for a bit. Founders, Dogfish Head, and Bell's are all going to be coming here this year which I am stupendously excited about to finally have those again. My friend and I occasionally drive up to Bowling Green since it's about 45 minutes away and has a really great beer store where we can get lots of things including Founders and Three Floyds.
