Haven't been to 7-11 in a long, long time. Would be tempted to go back if they still had holographic rock star coins on the bottom of your slurpee cup. When I was 6, I got the DIO one.

I'm just going to assume this is more of your
"rallying the base" to try to make it seem like you've got a strong case, because I can't think of much that would work more in your disfavor than litigation (maybe emailing the Internal Revenue Service the kinds of things you say to your kickstarter backers like "suck my dick" )
Can you imagine that you'd survive the counterclaims that would come up?
