I got to try out my new home pedal setup at Bacteria practice cuz I didn't have my regular board with me.

Forgive the randomness of the recordings, but this was 90% improvised. Ugh, I really bork the line from "Third Stone From The Sun"... in my defense I am not a guitarist and I've never played the song before! Anyway I'm usually running a split guitar/bass signal through g&b amps, but this jam is all just guitarded.

Signal path: Shat-o-caster w/ single generic bridge humbucker > O.F.O. > (clean out > Elements > mixer) (dirty out > Switch Blade > (A > mixer) (B > Jaywalking > mixer)) } mixer > amp.

So the Pigtronix O.F.O. goes dirty into the EHX Switch Blade ABY pedal and gets split, one straight into the mixer, the other into the Jaywalking delay and then the mixer. The clean bypass out from the O.F.O. goes to The Elements and then the mixer. These 3 signals combine in the ART SplitMix4 passive mixer and go into the amp (Randall Switchmaster in the recordings, Mesa single rec at home).

The vintage Boss expression pedal blends the clean and dirty signals on The Elements, as most of you probably know, and the Roland one changes the Jaywalking's delay time.

EDIT: almost forgot to mention, the bare board itself was built by one mr. ryan summit

And here's a shitty photo of my baby bass board. I'm doing a friend a favor and playing bass for his CD release as he doesn't have a regular band, and I just needed a couple of discrete pedals to lock in my tone for this gig. It's just 60's-ish rock and roll so I don't need much.

Lately GAS has been building, to put together an all-blue board.
Thanks for the indirect heads up.

Exactly. It's a Super Puzzle with clean blend. So damn fine.
(It's black with gold sparkle in reality though.)
