the badger-killing prototype dachshund, as the name implies, is from Germany. i'd look to German dogs and badgers as the original size relationship.

Apparently, a different version of this song (it's not on YouTube) was recorded at place called "Woodland Pattern":

Maybe if not for dachshunds, Hans Reichel wouldn't've invented the Daxophone? Maybe though. Badgers sound funny. :idk:

Wow, yes you are right, the German Dachshunds (presumably the one you get in USA) are 3 times larger than the ones I've seen in the UK which are apparently the miniature version of the breed. That makes a lot more sense now.

Anyway they are back to peanuts tonight because the only fruit I have left are clementines and our badgers don't like those.

I now return you to your normal (non badger) viewing :)

there are two distinct breeds of dachshund here, Standard and Miniature. the Standard dachshund usually is about 24" long sans tail and from the example of my dad's dog weighs about 25 pounds; the mini-wiener is more like 16" and commensurately lighter.

I feel like im finally getting better at coming up with stuff and jamming off the cuff. Like, pasted the threshold of not knowing what to play and just playing whatever stream of conscious and having it n o t sound like shit to my ears. Makes me happy.

Also haven't been able to put down my J Mascis Jazzmaster since I got it. Best guitar I've played in a hot sec. Definitely on the fast track to becoming my number 1 guitar of choice.

finally down to under 160 lbs. which makes only ~20 lb. to my target weight. that's from 205 January before last, or 50 fuckin' pounds. literally everything about dealing with my body is better now...my balance has even improved to the point that i don't have to use the handrail when going up/down stairs. everything has shrunk; i'm down half a shoe size, and had to get rid of 70% of my clothing cos it doesn't fit any more.
